An OZ-FACTOR is a heightened state of conciseness brought about by a close encounter of the forth kind.

So the next question would be, what is a close encounter of the "forth" kind??

· Close encounter of the 1st kind:-Seeing unexplained lights in the sky with no definite shape.

· Close encounter of the 2nd kind:-Seeing a definite alien vessel ,with shape and substance.

· Close encounter of the 3rd kind:- Definite communication on a low level with alien beings(like in the film).

· Close encounter of the 4th kind:- An actual physical meeting with alien beings or an alien abduction.
